Returns Policy

Our returns policy varies depending on the type of product. For our personalised items, which include porcelain plaque photos, memorial pendants and ash urns, we do not accept returns due to their personalised nature. However, if a product arrives damaged, we will replace it upon receipt of proof of damage. We recommend that you open the package in front of the carrier to check the condition.

For our other products, which include letters, lambs for candles, crosses, frames and accessories, you can activate the return option within 15 days of receiving the product. The cost of the return will be charged to the customer.

Cancellation Policy

As our porcelain plaque photos, memorial pendants and ash urns are personalised items, customers have 24 hours to cancel the order after it has been placed. No cancellations will be accepted after this period as the manufacturing process has already begun.

For our other products, customers may cancel their order at any time before the product has been dispatched by sending an email to info@natevaporcelain.com. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer will be asked to pay the cost of returning the goods.

Shipping Policy

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer two shipping options to our customers:

• ELTA Hellenic Post (Standard): This service uses various modes of transport including air, sea, rail, and road to deliver parcels worldwide. This service costs 14€ for all orders inside the EU.
• DHL (Express): This is our express delivery service with a fixed cost based on the destination region. Charges are 25€ for Europe and UK, 39€ for Canada, USA, and Australia, and 55€ for the rest of the world.

Please note that ELTA Hellenic Post does not support all countries. For these countries, DHL Express is automatically used.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are proud to offer international shipping. Both of our shipping services include international tracking.

Please note that for ELTA Hellenic Post, the tracking status is updated when the post office in the destination country scans the package in transit after it has been dispatched from Athens International Airport.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to be made. Delivery time is processing time + shipping time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

What Will The Cost Of Shipping Be?

The cost of shipping is fixed and not weight-based. The rates are as follows:

• ELTA Hellenic Post: 14€ for EU countries only.
• DHL Express: 25€ for Europe and UK. 39€ for Canada, Australia, and USA, and 55€ for the rest of the world.
