What Shipping Methods Are Available? We primarily ship via DHL for all orders. For certain remote areas, ELTA Hellenic Post (Standard) will automatically be used instead, and local postal services (e.g. Poste Italiane for Italy) will handle final delivery.
Shipping costs based on destination:
- Greece: Free (ACS Courier)
- EU countries: €25 standard / €35 express (DHL)
- Europe (non-EU): €29 standard / €39 express (DHL)
- Canada: €45 (DHL)
- Australia: €45 (DHL)
- Rest of the world: €69
Do You Ship Internationally? We are proud to offer international shipping. Both of our shipping services include international tracking.
Please note that for ELTA Hellenic Post, the tracking status is updated when the postal service in the destination country scans the package after dispatch from Athens International Airport. For example, orders to Italy are handed over to Poste Italiane for final delivery.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be produced. Delivery time = processing time + shipping time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted? Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Is Buying Online Safe? Absolutely. We use Stripe and PayPal for secure transactions, keeping your personal and financial information safe. Please ensure you use updated versions of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and mobile/tablet software when paying by credit card.
Shipping & Duties Policy
International Orders (outside the European Union) For orders shipped to the USA, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
For all other countries outside the EU, our company covers all costs related to the export of your order from Greece/EU. However, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and cannot be estimated or included in your purchase price.
Please note that all our products are personalised and made-to-order. For this reason:
- We cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
- If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties or taxes, the order will not be returned and no refund will be issued, as the product is uniquely created for that customer and cannot be resold.
