Please be aware that promotions, offers, and discounts applicable to our web-store may not apply to physical stores, and vice versa.


2. RECEPTION AND FULFILMENT OF AN ORDER

natevaporcelain.com has established an effective collaboration with various suppliers, importers, and manufacturers, from Greece as well as other countries, in order to provide you with a wide range of products at the most attractive prices in the market.

There is a specific process that needs to be followed by any visitor who wishes to place an order:

SENDING ORDER REQUEST

While registering as a user on natevaporcelain.com can provide a more personalized experience, it is not a requirement for placing an order. You can proceed with the following steps to place an order:

  • Select any product and place it in the “Cart”.
  • Initiate the process of sending the order request by following the suggested steps.
  • Fill in all the information required in the order form.
  • An automated message with the details of your order will be sent to your registered e-mail.

Before sending us an order request, you should accept the terms of use, since they define every transaction you make with our company. Please be aware that our company is entitled to express any reservations regarding the availability of the products included in your order request, given that the process of your request has not yet been initiated.

Finally, we would like to inform you that our company adopts a strict policy regarding the protection of your personal data, and it is only with your full consent (granted through the order form) that it is gathered and processed in a proper and secure way.

ORDER REQUEST PROCESS

At this stage, our company verifies the availability of all the products included in your order request.

  • In case every product in your order request can be available within the time limit projected on our website, a confirmation e-mail consisting of all your order’s details will be sent to the registered e-mail address. The products will then be sent based on the delivery schedule of the courier company we collaborate with.
  • In case one or more products in your order request are not available or cannot be delivered within the projected time limit, a competent member of our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail to inform you about the limited availability.

If, for any reason, none of the communication methods mentioned above can be established within 10 days since the date of your order request, the request will be automatically cancelled and a new one should be resent to us.

For credit card payments, our company, in collaboration with Stripe, has taken every precaution to ensure the highest level of protection for your electronic transactions.


4. Shipping & Duties Policy

International Orders (outside the European Union)
For orders shipped outside the EU, our company covers all necessary costs and procedures related to the export of your order from Greece/EU.

However, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the local customs authorities and carriers, and cannot be estimated or included in the purchase/shipping cost you pay on our website.

Please note that all our products are personalised and made-to-order. For this reason:

  • We cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

  • If a customer refuses to pay the applicable duties or taxes, the order will not be returned to us and no refund will be issued, as the product is uniquely created for that specific customer and cannot be resold.
