We specialise in ceramic porcelain memorial photo plaques for headstones, porcelain urns, and handmade memorial jewellery
in sterling silver (925) or solid gold (14k or 18k).
Our jewellery includes ceramic stone pendants that can be customised with a
photo or design and may store a tiny amount of ashes. We also offer
free engraving on the back casing of each jewellery piece.
Are your jewellery products handmade?

Yes. All of our memorial jewellery is handcrafted using traditional silversmith techniques. Each item is unique, and minor variations from the product images may occur — which adds to its authenticity and charm.
How can I personalise my memorial plaque or jewellery?
  • Photo Plaques: You can upload photos, quotes, names, or
    designs directly on the product page using our live preview tool.
    You'll see how your design will look before you order. Although, you can
    request a design preview via email before we proceed.

  • Jewelry: You can personalize the ceramic stone with a
    photo or artwork and request a free back engraving. A live preview is
    only available on memorial pendants and not on memorial necklace for
    ashes and urns, but you can request a design preview via email before we
    proceed.

  • Jewelry: Solid 925 sterling silver or 14k/18k gold with ceramic inlays that can be customized.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We ship worldwide with tracking. Shipping costs vary by region:

€14 within the EU (via ELTA)
€39 to USA, Canada, Australia (via DHL)
€45 for other international locations

Delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
What is your return and refund policy?

Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, we cannot accept returns once you’ve approved the design and it has been produced. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. We cover part of the shipping costs ourselves to keep prices fair.
Can I change my order after approving the preview?

Unfortunately, no. Once the design is approved and production has started, we cannot make changes. Please review the preview carefully or request clarification before confirming.
Is there a guarantee on your products?

Yes — we guarantee the durability and quality of all our products. The colors, print quality, and ceramic glaze are made to last for years, in outdoor environments. Our jewelry is made from certified silver and gold.
Can I order matching sets or bulk items?

Absolutely! If you’d like to order matching plaques or jewelry for multiple family members, or are looking for a bulk order, please contact us for assistance and potential discounts.
How should I care for my items?
  • Photo plaques: No special maintenance needed — just clean gently with water if dusty.
